The exact scope, features, timeline and deliverables for a project will depend on the requirements agreed with the client.

Before development begins, the parties may agree on project requirements, deliverables, timelines, pricing, responsibilities and other relevant conditions.

Project scope may include design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, integrations, maintenance or other services depending on the engagement.

Changes to scope

Requests that materially change the agreed scope may require additional development time, fees or a revised delivery schedule.

Delivery timelines

Estimated timelines are based on the information and requirements available when the project is planned. Delays caused by client feedback, missing content, third-party services or changes in requirements may affect delivery dates.

Fees for services will be communicated through quotations, proposals, invoices or other agreed project documentation.

Payment requirements

Late payments

Domain names, hosting, cloud infrastructure, paid APIs, advertising budgets, software subscriptions, plugins, licenses and other third-party costs may be separate from Tech3Space development fees unless explicitly included in the agreed scope.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely cooperation reasonably required to complete a project.

Depending on the project, this may include:

• Providing required text, images, logos and brand assets.
• Providing accurate business information.
• Providing access to relevant accounts or systems when required.
• Reviewing designs and development work in a reasonable timeframe.
• Providing feedback and approvals.
• Ensuring they have rights to content supplied to Tech3Space.
• Maintaining ownership of credentials provided for their systems.

Tech3Space is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, unavailable access, delayed approvals or inaccurate requirements supplied by the client.

Client materials

The client retains ownership of original content, logos, trademarks, photographs, business information and other materials supplied by the client, subject to applicable rights and licenses.

Custom project work

Ownership and usage rights for custom project deliverables may depend on the payment status and the terms agreed in the relevant project documentation.

Reusable technology

Tech3Space may use general-purpose development techniques, frameworks, libraries, components, utilities, know-how and reusable code that are not exclusive to a particular client.

Third-party software

Open-source libraries and third-party software remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Projects may integrate with third-party platforms, infrastructure or APIs. These may include hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics systems, cloud services, AI APIs, maps, email providers, advertising platforms and external software.

Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. Tech3Space does not guarantee the availability, pricing, performance or continued functionality of a third-party service.

Changes or outages affecting third-party services may require modifications to the project and may result in additional work or costs where applicable.

Tech3Space aims to deliver services professionally and in accordance with the agreed project scope.

However, technology services cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, search-engine rankings, advertising performance, customer numbers, investment returns or other commercial results.

SEO, advertising, AI outputs, third-party APIs, hosting infrastructure and other external factors can affect project results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tech3Space will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses arising from the use of our website or services.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill or anticipated savings, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Either party may terminate a project or engagement according to the applicable project agreement or, where no specific termination terms exist, by providing reasonable notice.

Amounts already due for completed work, approved milestones, third-party expenses or other agreed commitments may remain payable after termination.

Upon termination, access to project systems, source code, hosting environments or other resources may be handled according to the relevant project agreement and payment status.

Tech3Space may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, technology, business practices or applicable requirements.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of the website after an update indicates acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
